LARK Distillery — Surry Hills, Sydney + regular trips to Hobart

Due to an internal promotion, we're looking for a new Creative & Content Manager responsible for shaping the digital presence and brand voice of LARK through world-class social media, content and creator partnerships that drive engagement, advocacy and commercial outcomes.

You'll challenge category conventions, experiment with new formats and continuously push the boundaries of how a premium whisky brand shows up in the world. As custodian of the brand voice, you'll ensure every piece of content strengthens brand equity and advances LARK's ambition to place Tasmania firmly as the leader in new world whisky.

It's a role built for someone who can take LARK's bold, generous, slightly rough-around-the-edges spirit and turn it into content, social and creator partnerships the world wants to stop and pay attention to.

What you'll be doing

Set the direction. Build and run LARK's social strategy across every platform that matters, chasing the cultural moments and emerging channels that keep us relevant instead of just visible.

Own the storytelling. Take ideas from "what if we..." all the way through to published and performing, building the frameworks that make our people, our whisky and our island home feel like the most interesting story in spirits.

Direct the creative. Brief and collaborate with photographers, videographers, designers and creators as well as getting hands-on yourself, shooting and producing content that's platform-first, culturally sharp and unmistakably LARK.

Grow the community. Build our creator and influencer network, run advocacy programs that spread brand love organically, and make sure the people who back us feel it.

Read the numbers, chase the story. Dig into performance data and audience insight, then turn it into the next good idea, not a report nobody reads.

Guard the voice. Be the one in the room who says, "that's not us”, keeping tone, look and feel unmistakably LARK across every market we touch.

You're the right fit if you...

• Have 5+ years in social media, content marketing, creative production or digital brand overseas market experience (China especially) is a bonus
• Can concept and create across photography, short-form video and creator collabs without blinking
• Have a genuine track record of social strategy that moves the needle, not just vanity metrics
• Great copywriting, storytelling and editorial skills with a strong eye for detail
• Know Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn inside out, and confident with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
• Juggle multiple stakeholders and deadlines without losing your sense of humour
• Bring FMCG, lifestyle, premium beverage or luxury brand experience, spirits is a big plus
