About the role:

Our apprentices are trained in all the skills required to install, service, repair and modernise lifts, escalators and moving walkways. If you join our program, you will rotate across our business to help you decide what you want to specialise in after completing your apprenticeship.

As an apprentice, you will get to work closely with our customers and develop exceptional customer service skills. One of the many bonuses is that we will provide you with the chance to work full-time and study at TAFE / Trade School to receive your trade qualification in Electrotechnology Certificate III.

Our statistics:

• Our retention of apprentices is 96% (general trade completion rate of apprentices is around 40%)
• 96 Current apprentices nationally

To be successful:

• Completed school studies to year 10 or above
• Ideally have completed Certificate II in Electrotechnology (not essential)
• Excellent safety awareness
• Hands-on approach to enjoy mechanical and technical work
• An interest in working with electrical systems
• Good communication and the ability to work in a team
• Enthusiasm and a strong work ethic
• Previous work experience will also be highly regarded.

• July /August – Applications open
• 31^st August – Applications close
• September – Testing / one-way video interviews commence
• September / October – Interviews
• November – Medicals
• November – Offers
• January 2027 – START
