The Opportunity: Are you an experienced Property Manager tired of being burnt out by massive portfolios of 150+ properties and the endless stress of end-of-month trust accounting?

We are looking for a Senior Property Manager to take ownership of a clean, highly manageable portfolio of just 85 properties. We want you to have the time to actually build relationships with landlords and tenants, deliver great service, and most importantly, go home on time.

With trust accounting completely taken care of by our team, plus admin support and a company car provided for your inspections, you can focus purely on what you do best: property management.

• Boutique Portfolio: Manage only 85 properties. (Room to grow at your own pace with a bonus structure in place).

• Top-Tier Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 + Super + Bonuses.

• Great Software: We run on Reapit, giving you the best tools to streamline your day.

Your Day-to-Day Role:

• End-to-end management of a tight 85-property portfolio.

• Conducting routine inspections and coordinating maintenance.

• Leasing, running open homes, and processing applications.

• Assisting with admin and lease contract preparation.

• Delivering exceptional communication to our landlords and tenants.

About You:

• You are an energetic, growth-minded individual who wants to build a long-term career with a growing team.

• You have solid experience as a Property Manager and are confident handling a portfolio end-to-end.

• You hold a current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration.

• You have a valid driver's license.

• You are highly organized, tech-savvy, and love a streamlined workflow.
