We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and enthusiastic Duty Manager to play a key role in leading our operations and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Duties include:

• Supervision and co-ordination of all gaming staff, including ongoing training and mentoring

• Ensuring high customer service standards at all times 

• Ensure all cash room accounting/recording procedures are adhered to at all times

• Ensure all cash room accounting/recording procedures are adhered to at all times, as well as all compliance standards

• Motivate and achieve high standards with your team

• Be hands on, hardworking and enthusiastic

To be successful in this role you will:

• Must be flexible and available to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, public holidays, and overnight shifts as required

• Demonstrate strong leadership skills, with the ability to effectively coach, mentor, and develop team members through ongoing guidance, training, and support

• Passionate about delivering exceptional and memorable customer service.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• At least 2 years relevant experience as a Duty Manager or similar role

• Current Gaming Industry Employee licence

• Current Responsible Service of Gaming licence (Modules 1 and 2 minimum)

• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol licence

• Current DoFoodSafely - VIC certification
