What You’ll Do:

• Assist clients with personal care, daily tasks & mobility

• Encourage independence & community involvement

• Facilitate engaging social & recreational activities

• Collaborate on tailored care plans with families & professionals

• Provide transportation and accompany clients to appointments

• Maintain accurate service records & ensure a safe environment

What You Need:

• Blue Card & Yellow Card (NDIS Worker Screening)

• Cert III in Individual Support / Disability or equivalent

• First Aid & CPR Certification

• Driver’s license & reliable vehicle

• NDIS Orientation Module completed

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills

• Experience in disability support (highly desirable)

Bonus Skills (Desirable):

• Experience with mobility aids & emotional/mental health support

• Familiarity with NDIS systems
