The Grand Terminus Hotel is a busy, well-established regional venue with a strong focus on friendly service and creating a welcoming experience for our customers.

We’re looking for an experienced Bar and Gaming Attendant to join our team in a full-time position.

About the Role

• Full-time position—38 hours over five days

• Predominantly afternoon and evening shifts

• Bar and gaming room duties

• Work as a Responsible Gambling Officer

• Assist with TAB and Keno operations

• Engage with customers and provide friendly, attentive service

• Maintain a clean, welcoming and well-presented venue

• Complete basic cash handling and end-of-shift duties

About You

• Previous bar experience is essential

• Current RSA is essential

• Friendly, reliable and confident dealing with customers

• Able to work well within a busy team environment

• Available to work afternoon, evening and weekend shifts

• Gaming, TAB, Keno and RSG experience would be highly regarded

Gaming experience is not essential, as training can be provided. The successful applicant must be willing and eligible to complete the required responsible service of gaming training and apply for a gaming licence.

Pay will be in accordance with the Hospitality Industry Award and the applicant’s qualifications and experience. An above-award rate may be offered to a candidate who already has the required bar, gaming, TAB and Keno experience and can step into the role with minimal training.
