We have opportunities available for Active Night and Sleepover Permanent Part Time / Casual Night Shift Support Workers with experience to support Male participants in Support Independent Living (SIL) for an immediate start.

This role is ideal for confident and compassionate individuals who want more than just a job - you'll be part of a team committed to raising the standard of disability support.

Our ideal candidates will have at least one years' experience in the industry and will have experience with the following.

• Complex, high behavioural needs

• Community mental health

• Child Safety experience

• Medication administration

• Experience working with Positive Behaviour Support Plans (PBSPs)

• Experience with Restrictive Practice (RP) implementation (high desirable)

Candidate qualifications:

Our ideal candidates will possess the following:

• Cert III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent qualification, or willingness to obtain

• Current First Aid/CPR Certificate

• Current Australian Police Clearance/ Criminal History Check

• Current Driver License

• Current NDIS Workers Screening & Working with Children Check
