We are a growing equipment hire business with multiple branches servicing clients across a range of industries. We pride ourselves on providing reliable equipment, outstanding customer service and a safe, professional workplace.
We're looking for a hands-on, reliable and adaptable Workshop All-Rounder to join our team. This role offers plenty of variety, combining workshop duties, equipment preparation, basic maintenance, calibration, warehouse operations and customer support activities.

No two days are the same. You'll be involved in a wide range of workshop and warehouse activities including:
Equipment calibration and testing
Basic servicing, maintenance and repairs
Preparing and inspecting equipment for hire
Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders
Receiving and processing returned equipment
Loading and unloading vehicles
Forklift operations
Assisting with quotations and customer enquiries
Maintaining workshop and warehouse organisation
Stock control and inventory management
Supporting workshop technicians and branch staff as required
Strong mechanical aptitude and practical problem-solving skills
Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain)
High attention to detail
Good computer skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organisational skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Full Australian driver's licence
Experience in equipment hire, industrial, construction or trade environments
Experience calibrating testing or measuring equipment
Basic mechanical, electrical or technical knowledge
Storeperson, warehouse or logistics experience
Experience preparing customer quotations
HR licence
Stable full-time position
