ICT Sales Representative

Location: Sydney, NSW

Salary: $60,001 - $80,000

Refundid Pty Ltd Key Responsibilities Compile and maintain lists of prospective client businesses and build a qualified sales pipeline Acquire and maintain up-to-date knowledge of Refundid's products and services, competitors' offerings and market conditions Engage regular and prospective clients to establish and act on selling opportunities Assess customer needs and explain the products and services that meet them Promote Refundid's ICT products and services to existing and prospective clients Quote and negotiate prices and terms, complete contracts and record orders Coordinate delivery and provision of services Report to sales management on sales achieved and the marketability of products and services Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, resolve issues and arrange modifications where required Prepare sales reports and maintain records of business activity and expenses What You'll Bring A relevant qualification and/or at least 5 years equivalent industry experience  Demonstrated experience in ICT, software or technology sales  Strong consultative selling, negotiation and relationship-management skills Ability to understand technical products and articulate their value to clients
