Account Manager

Black Box is a boutique marketing agency that specialises in experiential marketing direct to consumers. We have been operating in Australia for 10 years and are about to embark on new growth initiatives. We are looking for an Account Manager who can work autonomously as a stand alone in New South Wales. The role would suit someone who is comfortable working remotely and is able to be a trailblazer.

Key role attributes

Client and account management consists of retention, maintenance, development, and growth of the Black Box customer database as well as developing new business in a professional manner as a company representative.  Also Providing a great client experience and increasing client satisfaction.

·        Understand client needs and develop business strategies

·        Balance client expectations with company strategy and goals

·        Develop, build, and maintain long-term relationships with clients

·        Present clients with opportunities that best fit their brand strategy

·        Negotiate best client rates based on activity levels and future prospects

·        Develop existing business and seek new leads for Black Box and other business services

·        Communicate and deliver on client expectations in a professional and timely manner

·        Present consumer insights to clients

·        Identify opportunities to grow business with existing and prospective clients

·        Coordinate with the Black box team to ensure consistent client service across the team

·        Collaborate with sales team to strategise and reach prospective clients in line with team and business goals

·        Service multiple clients concurrently, meeting multiple deadlines

·        Manage account information on CRM system and ensure it is updated regularly

·        Provide weekly activity reports to the team/business

·        Seek out mutually beneficial business opportunities that allow Black Box to increase revenue from existing client base.
