About the Position

The Marketing & Communications Coordinator position supports the execution of Unique’s marketing and communications strategy through the development and delivery of high-quality content and the coordination of product imagery, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment across all channels, while enhancing brand presence and contributing to business growth.

The Marketing & Communications Coordinator's key responsibilities will include: 

• Work closely with the Marketing Manager and the wider Marketing team to implement the Unique marketing & communication strategies.

• Research, write and edit content including monthly retailer communications, blogs, articles, eDMs, LinkedIn content, website copy, documents, B2B advertising, signage, and ad hoc marketing materials to support Unique's overarching content strategy.

• Deliver strong attention to detail and produce quality B2B content proven in successfully building relationships with suppliers and retailers.

• Tailor content for different audiences and platforms to ensure relevance and engagement, including B2B, B2C and internal.

• Assist with increasing Unique’s online engagement and conversion through digital marketing activities – including LinkedIn in line with best practice SEO strategy; email marketing; and digital content creation. 

• Manage and maintain product image assets, ensuring they are accurate, current, and appropriate for internal and customer use.

• Work closely with the Marketing Executives and provide support and back-up across eDMs, social media coordination, promotional deals, and website advertising.

• Support the wider Marketing team across campaigns, promotions, and day-to-day marketing activities.

• Contribute ideas that strengthen Unique’s brand, engagement and customer experience.
