We are seeking a qualified Mammographer to join our growing team in Mentone. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a modern, purpose-built environment with access to advanced imaging technology and a diverse patient cohort.

While the role is full-time, we are open to part-time arrangements for the right candidate

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality screening and diagnostic mammography, including specialised views where required in line with clinical protocols

• Ensure accurate positioning and image acquisition to support optimal diagnostic outcomes

• Work closely with Radiologists and multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimal outcomes

• Deliver exceptional patient care, with a strong focus on comfort, dignity, and empathy

• Maintain accurate documentation and adherence to compliance standards

• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and workflow optimisation

• Support multi-modality workflows | Perform a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures, including but not limited to General X-Ray and CT Imaging, with precision and accuracy.

• Support a positive and professional clinic environment

Requirements:

• Qualified Radiographer with Mammography experience (essential)

• Exposure to additional modalities (e.g. General X-ray, CT, DEXA)

• AHPRA Registration (current)

• VIC Radiation Use Licence

• Strong patient care focus with excellent communication skills

• Ability to work both independently and within a team

• Passion for Women’s Health and early detection

• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
