Your role will include:

• Leading sustainability/ESD projects and providing expert advice to clients
• Developing new business opportunities and building strong client relationships
• Managing projects from concept through to completion, ensuring best-practice sustainability outcomes
• Mentoring junior staff and contributing to a collaborative, innovative culture

About you:

• 2-3+ years' experience in ESD/green building consultancy or building services
• Proven business development skills with a client-focused mindset
• Strong technical knowledge of sustainability practices, NABERS, Green Star, and similar frameworks
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ambitious, self-motivated, and ready to take ownership of a new office
