Restoration Technician

• Demolition & Extraction: Perform controlled demolition work, remove damaged materials, and extract water/sewer backups from affected buildings.
• Property Restoration: Clean and treat structural elements including walls, ceilings, floors, carpets, and air ducts.
• Specialized Cleaning: Remove soot, smoke, and water damage using professional-grade equipment and techniques. Includes detailed pack outs/content cleaning.
• Detailed Contents Cleaning: Restore smoke, water, and soot-damaged items, including furniture, upholstery, and delicate personal property.
• Structural Cleaning: Perform detailed cleaning of walls, floors, and ceilings in affected residential and commercial properties.
• Team Collaboration: Assist crew chiefs on-site to ensure safety protocols and restoration standards are strictly followed.

• You must have a clean background. Background checks are performed on every employee annually
• You must be insurable for driving.
• You must be able to lift 50+ pounds.
• Overtime and being on call is mandatory. We are a 24 hour emergency service business, 365 days a year. Please do not apply if you cannot work at a moments notice
