Scaffold Team Leader (No FIFO)

SCAFFOLDERS & SCAFFOLD TEAM LEADERS – PERTH ONLY (NO FIFO)

We are seeking experienced Scaffolders & Scaffold Team Leaders to join our crew for ongoing work across the Perth metro area. This is a Perth-based role only — No FIFO.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team in the erection, modification and dismantling of scaffolding in accordance with Australian Standards and job specifications

• Conduct and complete risk assessments before each task and whenever the scope of work changes

• Ensure compliance with Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) / Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS)

• Maintain high safety standards and promote safe work practices onsite

• Communicate effectively with site supervisors, team members and clients

• Ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely and to company quality standards

Requirements

• Minimum 2 year experience as a qualified scaffolder (team leader or leading-hand experience highly regarded)

• Valid Scaffolding Ticket

• Valid Construction White Card

• Valid Working at Heights certification

• Current driver's licence and reliable transport

  • Manual licence preferred but not essential

• MR Truck Licence desirable, but not required

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to guide a small team

• Must have the right to work in Australia

• Minimum 6 months team leadership experience in a construction or scaffolding environment
