We’re looking for an exceptional Store Manager to lead our Chermside Store, to bring the energy, passion and excitement of the Swatch brand to life, every minute.

• Maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards that bring the Swatch brand to life

• Lead by example by inspiring confidence through exceptional service and product knowledge
• Manage reporting, administration and compliance requirements
• Adhere to company policies, procedures and brand standards
• Ensure inventory management and stocktake processes are executed accurately

What You'll Bring

• Previous experience in a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager or retail leadership role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage, coach and inspire
• Exceptional customer service and relationship building skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

You'll Stand Out If You Have

• Experience with watches, jewellery, fashion, lifestyle or premium retail
• A passion for design, innovation and customer experience
