Your Impact

As Transport Scheduler based at our Southbank, Melbourne Head Office, you’ll be the heartbeat of our national transport network. From last-mile deliveries to interstate linehaul by road, rail and sea, you’ll design safe, efficient and cost-effective transport plans that keep our customers happy and our operations moving. Every day, you’ll balance service, safety and cost while collaborating with teams across the country.

Please note: the nature of this role requires a Sunday - Thursday roster.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and optimise transport schedules across multiple modes to deliver on time, every timeOwn the order-to-delivery process – from order processing and shipment creation to truck allocation and customer time slottingSolve problems fast by managing escalations and working with stakeholders to keep freight flowingDrive performance through accurate reporting, proactive communication and continuous improvement initiatives

About You

You’re organised and analytical, with a knack for turning complex transport challenges into clear, achievable plansYou bring experience in logistics or transport planning, ideally with SAP or similar systemsYou thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing priorities while keeping customers front of mindYou’re a natural collaborator with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering results
