Technical Business Analyst – Immediate Start for a long-term project

About The Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Experience in the health insurance industry is highly desirable, as is working knowledge of Salesforce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather, document, and analyze business and functional requirementsTranslate business needs into technical specifications and user storiesAssist in designing solutions that align with business objectives, especially within health insurance operations such as claims, enrollment, and provider managementWork closely with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure accurate delivery of featuresSupport UAT planning and execution, including writing test cases and validating outcomesMonitor and communicate project progress and potential risks to stakeholdersHelp enhance business processes through data analysis and recommendations

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical AnalystStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsExperience working with cross-functional teams in agile or hybrid methodologiesFamiliarity with API integrations, data mappings, and documentationProficient with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Excel, and diagramming tools

Desirable Qualifications

Experience in the health insurance domain, including exposure to claims processing, member enrollment, or provider systemsWorking knowledge of Salesforce (e.g., Service Cloud, Health Cloud, or general platform usage)Understanding of healthcare data formats is a plusSalesforce certifications are a bonus
