About The Role

As a Personal Support Worker, you will assist clients in their daily living activities, helping them maintain independence in their own homes. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with transfers in and out of bed and wheelchairs (hoists used when necessary)Providing personal care: grooming, bathing, dressingBowel therapy and catheter careSupporting basic wound care and medication assistanceOffering domestic support: meal prep, light housekeeping, and laundryFacilitating community access: supporting clients to attend appointments and social activities through driving or public transport

Valid Australian manual driver’s license and reliable vehicleWhile prior experience is preferred, we are committed to providing comprehensive training for the right candidateSmartphone deviceCurrent NDIS Workers Screening Card or willingness to obtainCurrent Working with Children Check or willingness to obtainCompletion of the NDIS Workers Orientation Module or willingness to completeFlexibility to pick up additional back-fill shifts
