About the role
Aurora Allied Services is a NDIS registered behaviour support and psychology provider looking for skilled Registered Behaviour Support Practitioners/ Psychologists to join our team. Our vision is to support all people to thrive in an authentic way.
What You’ll Do
Conduct neuro-affirming and trauma informed assessments.
Develop individualised strengths-based person-centred behaviour support plans.
Ensure all practices comply with NDIS quality and safeguarding standards.
Work closely and regularly with clients, teams and families.
Conduct regular face-to-face visits to build strong therapeutic relationships.
Produce NDIS required plans within NDIS timeframes and skilled in identifying Restrictive Practices.

People who have experience working with: children, dementia, severe intellectual disability and mental health, highly advantageous.
Strong communication skills and a friendly, empathetic approach.
You hold relevant qualifications with a strong research and report writing skills (e.g., Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Education etc).
Essential- You hold a current driver’s license and have access to a roadworthy vehicle.
Essential- You have current NDIS Worker Screening.
Essential- ABN + Professional indemnity and liability insurance (by commencement date).
Essential- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC).
Essential- Registration as a Behaviour Support Practitioner with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.

Pay and Capability Framework
Core practitioner $130/hr
Proficient practitioner $150/hr
