Shampoo Shop at Westfield Booragoon are looking at expanding our team

We are looking to fulfill Casual Haircare Sales assistant roles within our team.

For these roles we are seeking an energetic sales superstar with an overall enthusiasm for haircare and customer service who can jump straight in with previous experience. 

Key role responsibilities include:

• Passionate about Haircare and a genuine interest is customer service.

• Satisfy customer needs through haircare product knowledge.

• Ability to work well within a team and autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

• Stock handling/Replenishing and Merchandising.

• Cash handling and point of sale customer service. 

About you:

• Motivated, outgoing and reliable individual.

• Strong sales history in specialized beauty and/or hair retail and/or Hairdressing experience which will be highly regarded.

• Confidently able to provide advice about haircare.

• Dedicated work ethic with strong communication skills.

• Willing to learn and develop further skills in haircare knowledge.

• Flexible with your availability, able to work a variety of hours across weekdays including Late night trade and weekends if required with a minimum of 3 days at 16+ hours availability to meet the business's needs.
