Internal Sales/ Estimator

We are currently seeking an Internal Sales / Estimator to join our team at Hope Valley.

The role

As an Internal Sales / Estimator, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and technical support. You will play a key role in processing orders accurately and efficiently while gaining exposure to estimating and quoting to further develop your skills.

Key responsibilities

• Selling steel products and services
• Managing sales enquiries and preparing, issuing and following up quotations
• Supporting and liaising with internal team members
• Coordinating the processing and estimating of steel orders
• Liaising with customers and workshop operators while interpreting detailed drawings
• General administration and data entry duties
