Disability Support Worker - North Brisbane

We are seeking a dedicated support worker able to work on the north side of Brisbane (Sunshine Coast, Fitzgibbon, Caboolture, Morayfield and Warner) with medium/long consistent shifts offering ADL, CAS and SIL opportunities. Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety and well-being of the individuals in your care.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and execute care plans.

• Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and progress.

• Provide personalised support to individuals to access the community.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Patience, resilience, and a positive attitude.

• Relevant qualifications or certifications in support work or related fields are preferred.

• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
