Experienced Barista – Full Time

About the Role

As our Barista, you'll be responsible for:

* Preparing consistently high-quality espresso-based coffee.

* Dialling in grinders and maintaining coffee quality throughout the day.

* Providing friendly, professional customer service.

* Taking customer orders and processing payments.

* Assisting with food service and café operations when required.

* Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient workspace.

* Working collaboratively with the café team during busy service periods.

What We're Looking For:

* Minimum 2 years' experience as a barista in a busy café.

* Confident working with specialty coffee and milk texturing.

* Ability to produce consistently high-quality coffee under pressure.

* Excellent customer service and communication skills.

* Positive, reliable, and punctual.

* Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.

* Ability to work weekends and public holidays as part of a rotating roster.

* Australian working rights.
