Role DescriptionWe are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Quantitative Analyst to develop quantitative models, conduct statistical research, and transform complex datasets into actionable insights. The role involves applying mathematical, statistical, and computational techniques to identify patterns, evaluate risks, develop predictive models, and support data-driven decision-making.Key responsibilities include collecting and analyzing large datasets, developing and validating quantitative models, conducting statistical and empirical research, performing hypothesis testing and scenario analysis, and evaluating model performance. The role also involves building analytical tools, documenting research methodologies and findings, monitoring model effectiveness, and collaborating with research, technology, finance, and business teams to deliver robust quantitative solutions.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a related quantitative discipline.Strong foundation in probability, statistics, linear algebra, calculus, optimization, and quantitative modeling.Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, or other programming languages used for quantitative analysis.Strong experience with data analysis, statistical modeling, and numerical methods.Familiarity with machine learning, time-series analysis, predictive modeling, or optimization techniques is an advantage.Ability to work with large datasets and extract meaningful insights from complex information.Strong understanding of model development, validation, testing, and performance evaluation.Excellent analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail and a rigorous, evidence-based approach to research.Ability to communicate quantitative findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Strong intellectual curiosity, adaptability, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
