Internal Sales Consultant

West Coast Commercial Industries (WCCI) is a leading Australian manufacturer and distributor of Aqualoo washroom products to the commercial building industry.

We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused and organized Internal Sales Consultant to join our Rockingham-based team.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role supporting our sales operations across multiple Australian states. You will manage customer enquiries, follow up sales opportunities, support tenders and quotations, and work closely with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service and drive sales growth.

Key responsibilities include:

• Sales & Customer Enquiries: Manage the Sales inbox, respond to customer enquiries promptly and provide accurate, professional service.

• Sales Follow-up: Follow up quotations and opportunities with customers across WA and interstate to secure orders and maximise sales.

• Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.

• Tender & Quotation Support: Review tender documentation, specifications and requirements for accuracy and compliance.

• Sales Growth: Identify opportunities to increase sales and improve conversion and win rates.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, operations and other internal teams to ensure customer requirements are effectively managed.

• Quality & Administration: Maintain accurate records and follow WCCI's quality management systems and procedures.

About You

We are looking for someone who is proactive, reliable and customer-focused, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

You will ideally have:

• Previous experience in internal sales, customer service, administration or a similar role.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organisational and time-management skills.

• Good attention to detail and analytical ability.

• Confidence dealing with customers, suppliers and colleagues.

• The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team.

• A willingness to learn and develop your product and industry knowledge.

• Good computer skills and the ability to learn new systems.

Experience in the commercial construction, manufacturing or building products industry would be advantageous.
