Business Analyt (Entry / Junior)

Role Description This part-time Business Analyst (Entry / Junior) role at Xbytes Soluções is a hybrid position based in Sydney, NSW, with flexibility to work from home for part of the week. The role involves gathering and documenting business requirements, assisting in the analysis of business processes, and supporting the implementation of improvements to workflows and systems. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand needs, translate them into clear specifications, and help prepare reports, dashboards, and basic data analyses to support decision-making. Day-to-day activities include participating in meetings, preparing documentation and presentations, validating process changes, and ensuring that proposed solutions align with business objectives and user needs.

Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support evidence-based recommendations.Candidates should possess Business Analysis skills to gather, document, and validate Business Requirements from stakeholders.Candidates should possess Communication skills to clearly convey ideas, prepare concise documentation, and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.Candidates should possess Business Process knowledge to understand, map, and help improve operational workflows.Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in Business, Information Systems, Data/Business Analytics, or a related field are beneficial.Familiarity with basic data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, spreadsheets, or BI tools) and an interest in learning more advanced analytical techniques is advantageous.Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities in a growing organization.
