We are currently seeking passionate educators to work in the OSHC program in a specialist school setting. If you are experienced in the early childhood, OSHC and/or disability support sectors and passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families, this role is for you.

In this rewarding role, you’ll provide both individualised and group-based support for children and young people with complex disability needs in a specialist school setting. With a high staff-to-student ratio, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real difference every day.

• Deliver individualised support while always ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all participants.
• Bring your creativity, energy & personality to the program
• Assist the Program Manager with preparation, set up/pack up, and food preparation.
• Supervise, nurture, and inspire children to explore, learn, and play.
• Build positive, caring relationships with children, families, and staff

What You'll Bring:

• Previous experience and confidence in the disability support and childcare sector
• High attention to detail and commitment to safeguarding and quality
• Working towards or have completed an ACECQA approved qualification. (Desirable)
• Employee Working with Children’s Check valid in your relevant state.
• Valid HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting.
• National Child Safety Training Certificate via Gecko.
• Required Mandatory reporting & Food Safety certificates in your relevant state
• Availability requirements: 2:00pm-6:30pm & Optional 6-8 hour shifts during school holidays.
