Driller Supervisor – HDD
Metro Perth | Full Time | Immediate Start

Boretech Contracting has been awarded multiple long-term contracts, providing consistent longevity of work for our growing team. We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Driller Supervisor to oversee Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) crews working across Atco Gas and Western Power infrastructure projects.

The Role

• Full time position — 38 hours per week, with reasonable overtime as required

• Reporting directly to the Metro Operations Manager

• Supervising HDD crews and taking full control of day-to-day site operations on gas and electrical infrastructure works

• Immediate start

Essential Requirements

• Proven experience and capability working as an HDD Supervisor

• Demonstrated experience working on Atco Gas and/or Western Power projects

• Certificate III in Directional Drilling

• Ability to read and interpret DBYD (Dial Before You Dig) plans

• Current WA driver's licence

• White Card (Construction Induction)

• National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain one)

• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen

• Good reputation with clean, verifiable references
