Service Coordinator

Ehlerth Electrical is looking for support in the day-to-day operations and job fulfilment for its customers. The role would entail scheduling jobs, answering customer phone calls and working with our operations team to facilitate a high volume of jobs every day. It would include, but not be limited to, the following.

• Scheduling both urgent and non-urgent work orders for electrical, air conditioning and solar maintenance work via phone calls and online booking platform.

• Thinking of your feet, the best solution for urgent work and how to ensure it is completed.

• Being able to multitask on different problems simultaneously

• Work hand in hand with our electrical supervisors to schedule and deal with the day-to-day of our business.

• Responding to clients in a timely manner regarding job updates

• Answering phone calls from customers and assisting them with their enquiries and job questions.

• Working with our booking team and supervisors to coordinate bookings.

• Manage and handle day-to-day scheduling problems that pop up as well as urgent work orders to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Work with our technicians to ensure their day runs smoothly and jobs are completed.

• Handle upwards of 800 jobs across our system and be able to prioritise, update and ensure jobs are completed within customers' expectations with our team.

Ehlerth Group is a multi-trade company that has both a construction and maintenance side of the business. This role would be to work on our maintenance side. We used Simpro and complete maintenance work for insurance companies, body corporates and real estate companies. Our business is very reactive, completing over 100 jobs per day in our maintenance section.

Experience is a trade service-based company preferred, and sim pro experience is even better.
