Process Worker

About Us

For several decades, One Harvest has grown into an extraordinary Australian business comprising four facilities, one farm and more than 1,000 team members nationwide. Together, we grow, harvest, process and supply fresh, value-added produce to supermarkets and greengrocers across the country. We currently have opportunities for Process Workers to join our busy production team at Bairnsdale. In this role, you will work collaboratively to achieve production targets while maintaining high standards of efficiency, workplace safety, food quality and hygiene.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Work on fast-paced production lines to manufacture salads and convenience meals.
• Operate production machinery safely and effectively.
• Follow food safety, quality assurance and hygiene requirements.
• Work in a cold-room environment of approximately 2°C–4°C.
• Complete production tasks within required timeframes while minimising waste and downtime.
• Work closely with the team to keep production lines and machinery running efficiently.

Skills and Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while achieving daily KPIs.
• Comfortable undertaking manual, repetitive tasks and meeting the physical requirements of the role.
• Previous FMCG, food manufacturing or production experience is highly regarded.
• Machine operation or packing experience is desirable but not essential.
• Strong work ethic, reliability and punctuality.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Reliable transport, particularly for early-morning shifts.
• Flexibility to work in a cold-room environment of approximately 2°C–4°C.
• Must be 18 years or older for health and safety requirements.

Available Shifts

• A range of shifts are available, with start and finish times varying according to production and operational requirements. Applicants must be flexible and available to work across different shift times.
