About the role
JOB SCOPEThe Senior Supervisor, Facilities Management is responsible for leading the Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Fighting, Civil, Plumbing & Sanitary department to manage all preventive/corrective maintenance and improvement works to ensure that all the Hotel facilities and Lounges equipment's are in an immaculate condition with minimum disruption to the operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Facilities & OperationsOversee daily operation and maintenance of all building systems and equipmentEnsure preventive and corrective maintenance is completed on scheduleConduct regular inspections, audits, and contractor work verificationLead emergency preparedness and incident response proceduresPreventive Maintenance & ContractsDevelop and manage comprehensive preventive maintenance programsManage outsourced service providers and maintenance contractsEnsure maintenance records, equipment performance, and compliance standards are metFire, Safety & ComplianceImplement fire life safety programs and emergency proceduresEnsure compliance with local statutory, licensing, and certification requirementsLead environmental and safety management in line with ISO 14001 and OSHA standardsEnergy & UtilitiesDrive energy and utility efficiency initiativesMonitor electricity, water, and fuel consumption with measurable targetsRecommend improvement actions and cost-saving measuresPeople & PerformanceLead, train, and appraise FM team based on KPIsIdentify manpower needs and manage departmental productivityBudget & ProjectsPrepare annual operating budgets and CAPEX plansSupport minor improvement projects and renovationsParticipate in project handover, testing, commissioning, and defect rectification
Job RequirementsQualifications & ExperienceDiploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical EngineeringMinimum 3 years’ experience in facilities management or engineering operationsStrong knowledge of FM hard services and statutory requirements
Skills & CompetenciesStrong technical, problem-solving, and project coordination skillsExperience managing contractors and service agreementsProficient in AutoCAD and MS OfficeGood command of spoken and written EnglishStrong leadership and reporting capabilities
