About the Role

We are looking for a Full-Time Sales Administration to join our Dubbo team.

This is a busy and varied role supporting our Sales team and helping keep the sales process running smoothly from initial enquiry through to quote and customer follow-up.

You’ll work closely with our Sales Managers, customers and internal teams, providing administration support, coordinating information and making sure opportunities don’t get missed.

We’re looking for someone who is organised, confident, personable and enjoys being part of a fast-moving team. You’ll need a can-do attitude, be comfortable picking up the phone, following things up and taking ownership of getting the job done.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administration support to the Sales team

• Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email in a timely and professional manner

• Prepare and send quotes, proposals and supporting documentation

• Follow up quotes and customer enquiries to help convert opportunities into sales

• Maintain accurate customer and sales information within our systems

• Assist with preparing sales reports and tracking opportunities

• Coordinate information between customers, sales staff, suppliers and internal teams

• Assist with product and pricing enquiries and supplier follow-up

• Assist with purchase orders and ordering as required

• Schedule meetings, site visits and customer appointments

• Keep sales opportunities and follow-ups organised and up to date

• Assist the Sales team with general administration and project requirements

Skills & Experience

We are looking for someone with previous administration, customer service or sales support experience who enjoys working in a busy environment.

Experience in sales administration, construction, trade, building or a similar industry would be highly regarded, but attitude, organisation and willingness to learn are just as important.

You’ll be someone who sees what needs doing, gets stuck in and doesn’t wait to be asked.
