About the Role
Strathfield Partners is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Property Officer to join our Property Management team. This is a great opportunity to build a career in real estate, gaining hands-on experience across all facets of property management within a supportive, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with tenancy applications, lease preparation, and renewals
Coordinate maintenance requests and communicate with tradespeople and tenants
Conduct routine inspections and assist with entry and exit condition reports
Manage phone and email enquiries, providing prompt and professional responses
Support rent collection and arrears management
Provide general administrative support to the Property Management team
About You
Previous experience in real estate or administration preferred but not essential
Current NSW Certificate of Registration
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organisational and time management abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
