1st Yr Apprentice Chef required- Iconic Winery 20 Minutes from city

The Shadowfax team are looking for a 1st Year apprentice chef. The successful candidate will receive training in all aspects of commercial cookery from desserts, prep, plating, larder, pans and much more.

To be considered for this role, you must be reliable, passionate about the industry, a fast learner and committed to completing an apprenticeship.  Our restaurant is open daily for lunch service and occasionally in the evening for functions.  We are located only 20 min from the Melbourne CBD and are the only winery within such close proximity to the city.
