About the Role

Ausgroup Industrial Services (AGIS) is seeking a Project Manager 1-3 years’ experience to join a long-term maintenance contract based at Hay Point, Queensland.

This position is responsible for the planning, coordination and execution of maintenance works while ensuring operational performance, client satisfaction, workforce leadership and commercial outcomes are achieved.

Working closely with the client and AGIS operational teams, you will play a key role in maintaining safe execution, contract performance, identifying future opportunities and driving continuous improvement across the site.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of Project Coordinators across a portfolio of works.

• Oversea, Develop, Maintain works schedules.

• Ensure weekly, monthly KPI reporting

• Oversea the Coordination of labour, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.

• Ensure compliance to relevant industry safe work standards

• Attend client planning and review meetings.

• Monitor productivity and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Ensure compliance with site, client and AGIS requirements.

• Review budgets, quotations, variation requests, and additional scope opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Drive a strong safety and performance culture across the contract.

About You

You will possess:

• Demonstrated experience in maintenance planning, project management or contract management.

• Previous experience within mining, ports, heavy industry or industrial services

• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Experience managing maintenance crews and supervisors.

• Excellent planning, scheduling and organisational skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft project, and maintenance planning systems.

• Proficiency in EXCEL is a must.

• Current Driver's Licence.

Desired Qualifications / Experience

• Diploma or Cert IV in PM or Engineering discipline.

• Experience working with site based execution teams is highly regarded

• Experience within port operations, mining, construction or industrial services is highly regarded.

• Proficiency in MS Project,

• Advanced MS Excel proficiency
