We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Multi-Property Finance Officer to join our dedicated team at The Westin and Four Points by Sheraton Brisbane.

Role Overview:

As the Multi-Property Finance Officer, you are responsible for supporting the financial operations across The Westin and Four Points by Sheraton. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, compliance with policies, and the efficient execution of day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, income audits, cash reconciliation, and end of month procedures. Working closely with the finance team and answering to the Cluster Director plays a key role in maintaining the financial health and operational efficiency of the properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions
• Prepare and deliver financial reports such as profit and loss statements and balance sheets, while analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for operations and provide recommendations for optimization
• Uphold company values and carry out any other reasonable tasks as assigned by management.

About You:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or related major. Aspiring to achieve further accreditation
• Minimum 1 year of previous accounting or finance experience, within a hospitality/hotel environment is desired but not essential
• Must have passion & attitude with keen attention to detail and strong problem solving skills
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Skill in developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
• Outstanding attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
• Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive mindset toward procurement challenges.
