Sales Consultant & Interior Design – Flooring, Tiles & Window Furnishings

About the role

We're looking for a friendly, motivated and customer-focused Interior Design & Sales Consultant to join our team. You'll help customers choose flooring, tiles and window furnishings for their homes and commercial projects while managing the process from enquiry through to installation. This role combines showroom sales, interior design advice, site measures and project coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide exceptional service.

• Assist with flooring, tile and window furnishing selections.

• Provide colour and interior design advice.

• Manage showroom, phone, email and online enquiries.

• Prepare quotations and follow up to secure sales.

• Conduct on-site check measures and site assessments.

• Measure flooring, tiled areas, stairs and windows.

• Coordinate orders, installers and suppliers.

• Keep customers informed throughout their project.

• Maintain showroom displays and product samples.

About you

• Experience in sales, interior design, flooring, tiles, window furnishings or a related industry.

• A passion for design and customer service.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Confidence preparing quotes and closing sales.

• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.

• Good computer skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects.

• Current Driver's License.
