Garden Maintenance

About the role

Seeking an highly motivated, self driven experienced leader for a Garden & Lawn Maintenance business. This is a casual role but a few to be full time as we grow the business, based in Sydney's Northern Beaches District NSW.

Key responsibilities

• Working at a set group of clients at a weekly basis to provide a high-quality maintenance services

• Working with an apprentice ensuring efficient, effective and timely completion of gardening and lawn maintenance tasks

• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company and client standards

• Communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns or issues

• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations

About you

• Experience in a garden/lawn maintenance

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Must have a current driver's license and own Vehicle

• Qualifications in horticulture would be highly regarded but not essential
