Senior Sales & Measurer

Location: Southwest and Western, NSW

Our stores are looking for an experienced Senior Sales / Measurer to join the team. This role involves helping customers select flooring and window furnishings in-store, as well as conducting in-home consultations, measuring, and plan development.

You will focus entirely on sales, service, and quoting—our dedicated warehouse team handles the ordering and installation coordination.

The Roster:

• 5-day working week.
• Includes working every second Saturday (with the following Monday off).

Key Responsibilities:

• In-store retail sales and expert customer service.
• In-home consultations, precise measuring, and plan development.
• Following up on quotes, managing emails, and booking jobs.
• Processing insurance jobs and general store admin.

What We Are Looking For:

• 4+ years of retail experience in the flooring or window furnishings industry would be beneficial.
• Strong sales and communication skills with great attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Microsoft programs is a plus (full training is provided on our specific sales and measuring software).
• A valid driver’s license.
