Casual Waitstaff | Folio Bar & Roslyn Packer Theatre

Folio, a contemporary cocktail bar operated by The Fresh Collective and located within the iconic Roslyn Packer Theatre, is seeking passionate waitstaff professionals to join the team. 

With crafted cocktails, refined small plates and warm, attentive service, Folio offers a vibrant atmosphere at the heart of Sydney’s arts precinct - an ideal environment for someone who enjoys working around theatre, culture and the creative community.

We’re looking for Section Waiters who:

• Have 1+ years’ experience in a similar role within premium venues
• Bring strong food, beverage and cocktail knowledge
• Thrive in fast‘paced, team‘driven environments
• Create genuine, memorable guest experiences
• Bring energy, detail, and personality to the floor every shift
• Be part of a team that values collaboration, respect, and great hospitality

Ideal candidates will:

• Be well‘presented, professional and detail‘focused
• Stay calm, organised and efficient under pressure
• Be available evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Mainly evening shifts from approximately 5pm to 11pm
• About 15 to 20 hours per week available
  
• Appreciate working in a venue connected to the performing arts
• Hold a valid NSW RSA
