Sales Manager
Warracknabeal & Horsham (Dual Role)

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations across both our Warracknabeal and Horsham dealerships.
This is a key leadership position responsible for driving sales growth, mentoring and developing the sales team, strengthening customer relationships, and contributing to the continued success of the business. You will work closely with branch and departmental leaders to maximise opportunities across the region while maintaining a strong focus on customer service and profitability.
About the Role
As Sales Manager, you will:
Lead, coach, and develop the Sales Team across both dealerships.
Drive sales performance and achievement of regional sales targets.
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to grow market share and profitability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.
Assist with equipment appraisals, finance solutions, stocking decisions, and sales planning.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities within the agricultural industry.
Work with Branch Managers and other departments to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
Promote the O’Connors brand and maintain our reputation as a trusted partner to Australian farmers.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
Proven sales management experience, ideally within agricultural machinery, rural services, automotive, heavy equipment, or a related industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Sound commercial acumen and understanding of sales and financial performance.
A passion for agriculture and a genuine commitment to helping customers succeed.
Strong organisational and computer skills, including experience using CRM systems and sales management tools.
