About the Role

We’re looking for a confident, A team player, customer-focused Maintenance Plumbing Specialist to complete residential plumbing work while delivering an exceptional experience for every homeowner.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend residential properties for installations, repairs and upgrades

• Diagnose plumbing issues and present clear, tailored solutions

• Build rapport and trust with customers through professional communication

• Coordinate with the operations team for seamless project delivery

• Provide first-class customer service from start to finish

Who We’re Looking For

• Licensed Plumber & Drainer (maintenance experience preferred)

• Confident communicator who enjoys dealing with people

• Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills

• Takes pride in workmanship and professionalism — no shortcuts

• Reliable, motivated and results-driven

• Works well independently and within a team

• Computer-literate and comfortable using job management software

• Holds a driver’s licence and full Australian work rights
