Reporting to the Workshop Manager your main focus will be administering daily operations and logistics within the workshop environment at our Redbank depot.

About the role

• Maintain accurate and up to date electronic records within the company IT systems to meet maintenance regulatory requirements.

• Ensure workshop plant/equipment is maintained in good order.

• Ensure parts requisitions and receipting of goods complies with company guidelines.

• Maintain fuel, oil and other critical operations consumables to agreed minimum/maximum stock levels.

Skills and experience

• Experience in managing admin duties in a heavy vehicle workshop.

• Purchasing/warehouse experience managing stock control and processes is preferred.

• Problem solving skills, attention to detail.

• Well-developed interpersonal written and verbal communication skills.

• Intermediate computer skills and Microsoft Office suite
