Insurance Assistant Account Executive – Mawson Lakes

Elders Insurance is one of Australia’s largest regional insurance services and operates an agency network distributing general insurance products to clients across Australia.

We currently have an opportunity available for an Assistant Account Executive with a leading Elders Insurance franchise.

As an employee of Elders Insurance Mawson Lakes, predominately your duties will include:

·         providing customer service to Business and Personal Insurance clients

·         processing insurance quotations, new business, renewals etc;

·         claims processing

·         general office administration, telephone enquiries and credit control.

To be successful in this role you must be able to display the following skills:

·         computer literacy;

·         well developed communication skills

·         exceptional organisational and time management skills

Ideally you will have, or be happy to undertake training in Australian Financial Services Reform Act 2001 (FSRA) Insurance Tier 1 or Tier 2 accreditation. Additionally, you will be able to obtain satisfactory police and ASIC clearances.

You will also have the following qualities:

·         self motivated;

·         excellent customer service skills;

·         teamwork and co-operation;

·         attention to detail;
