What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Technical Sales Representative, you will manage and grow key customer accounts across the Adelaide region, building strong relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored protective coating solutions. You'll work closely with customers, contractors, consultants, and internal teams to drive sales growth, support project opportunities, and provide technical and commercial expertise.

Operating autonomously within your territory, you'll manage customer activity, maintain accurate CRM records, and develop strategic account plans to maximize growth opportunities. Based in Adelaide, this role includes regional travel across South Australia, with occasional trips to the Northern Territory, offering the flexibility to effectively manage your schedule while delivering strong commercial outcomes.

What We’re Looking for:

• Proven experience in sales, account management, business development, or customer-facing roles, with experience in protective coatings, industrial products, construction, manufacturing, trade, or related industries welcomed.
• Experience in coatings or protective coatings is highly desirable; however, we also encourage applications from candidates with transferable experience from adjacent industries.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships, influence stakeholders, and identify practical solutions that deliver value for clients and projects.
• Strong commercial and technical aptitude, with the ability to learn product applications, understand customer requirements, and develop effective solutions.
• Highly organised and self-motivated, with the ability to manage priorities, opportunities, and customer relationships across a geographically diverse territory.
• A proactive, customer-focused mindset with a willingness to learn, take ownership, and contribute positively to a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
