Based at our Bexley Depot, supporting Bayside’s City Presentation teamPermanent role - 35 hrs per week with potential for a 9-day fortnight (flexi-time)$81,708.32 to $91,513.35 pa plus 12% superannuation
Our City Presentation team focusses on the upkeep and maintenance of Bayside’s unique and diverse community and geography.
What’s the role?
You'll provide a range of project support services to the Customer Experience Analyst and the City Presentation team to meet operational and project-related outcomes and objectives.
You’ll be responsible for all aspects of project support including, but not limited to collecting, compiling, assessing and analysing information to facilitate optimal project and service delivery and deliver meaningful outcomes to the community.
You will….
Work in close collaboration with the Customer Relationship Analyst, and other key stakeholders to achieve Directorate/Organisational projects and tasksUndertake field work as necessary to gather information and data related to projects including engaging with internal and outdoor staffUndertake research to broaden the depth of knowledge on a topicor project to ensure that City Presentation delivers best practice, due diligence and/or enhanced customer experience.Work with existing and emerging technology and/or Council systems to optimise efficiencies, improve processes and/or enhance the quality of services delivered to our community.Assist with process mapping to identify opportunities for improvement from a ‘council’ and/or ‘customer’ perspective.Assist with project management related activities including discovery, due diligence, engagement of stakeholders, establish project governance, undertake analysis, and make recommendations to achieve project objectives.Assist with the preparation of, coordinate and review high-level communication and written information in the form of briefs, emails and correspondence, to respond to issues and enquiries.Review Service Unit and Directorate administrative practices, systems and procedures to enhance unit efficiency and support delivery of quality outcomes.

Qualifications and/or equivalent experience in a relevant field Demonstrated experience in project support or similar role, or equivalent, with a sound understanding of the complexities of working within a politically sensitive environmentCurrent Driver’s Licence Class CA high standard of verbal and written communication skillsExperience in using Microsoft Excel to collect, analyse and present data to inform decision-making
