About the OpportunityWe are currently partnering with a number of leading clients across the renewable energy, corporate finance/funds, and professional services sectors.We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accounts Officers, Accounts Assistants and Accounts Interns to join our clients' growing finance teams. These opportunities provide excellent exposure to accounting, financial operations, reporting, and business administration within well-established Australian and international organisations.Whether you are a recent graduate looking to launch your career or a student seeking valuable industry experience, we would love to hear from you.
Key ResponsibilitiesDepending on the role, responsibilities may include:Accounts payable and accounts receivable processingInvoice verification, coding and data entryBank and credit card reconciliationsAssisting with month-end and year-end financial reportingMaintaining accurate financial records and documentationProcessing employee expense claimsAssisting with payroll administration and timesheet processingSupporting budgeting and financial analysis activitiesLiaising with internal stakeholders, suppliers and customersProviding general finance and administrative support to the wider team
About YouTo be successful in these roles, you will ideally have:A degree or be currently studying Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Economics or a related disciplineStrong numerical and analytical skillsExcellent attention to detail and accuracyStrong organisational and time management abilitiesIntermediate Microsoft Excel skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and ChineseA proactive attitude and willingness to learnExperience with Xero, MYOB, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics or similar accounting systems is advantageous but not essential
