Sales Operation Support

About the role

Hangcha Australia is looking for a switched-on and proactive Sales Operations Support team member to support our growing business.

This role offers a strong platform for someone who is eager to learn, take on responsibility and grow with the company. Previous experience in sales support, administration, logistics or customer service will be an advantage. Bilinggual English and Mandarin preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Support the sales team with order processing, administration and day-to-day operational requirements
• Coordinate logistics and communicate requirements between the sales team, warehouse and relevant service providers
• Keep customers and the sales team updated on order status and assist with customer enquiries
• Maintain accurate customer, order and sales information in the CRM
• Follow up on outstanding tasks and help resolve operational issues
• Assist with general reporting, documentation and process improvements

About you

• Bilingual in Mandarin and English, with fluent written and spoken communication skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Able to multitask, manage priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
• Quick to learn, proactive and willing to take ownership
• Strong attention to detail and comfortable working with numbers
• Basic experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Previous experience in a related role is an advantage
• Full working rights in Australia
