As the Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the overall success of the venue. You will oversee service operations, lead and motivate your team, and foster strong relationships within the local community—all while ensuring guests enjoy a welcoming atmosphere and every dish is delivered with attention and care.

About you

• At least one year of experience in a Restaurant Manager role

• Background in casual dining

• Genuine passion for delivering memorable guest experiences

• Warmth, professionalism, and ease in every interaction

• Hands-on attitude with ability to motivate, support, and energise your team

• Multilingual would be great.. English, Dzongkha, Nepalese, Hindi

• Knowledge on IT, POS systems, basic accounting
